Data we process
- Identification data: name, surname, NIE/passport.
- Contact: email, phone, postal address.
- Vehicle data: make, model, VIN, origin documents.
- Economic data necessary for taxes and franquicia.
Purpose and legal basis
We process your data to deliver the service (import, customs, ITV, registration), to meet tax/administrative obligations and to maintain contractual communication. Legal basis: contract execution and legal obligations.
Retention
Data are kept for the duration of the file and the legal periods that apply to tax and administrative matters.
Recipients
We share data with Agencia Tributaria, DGT, ITV stations and homologation bodies when required.
Rights
You can exercise access, rectification, erasure, opposition, restriction and portability rights via legalhelpbcn@gmail.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
